Welcome to our new office!
At the beginning of March this year, we moved into our new offices on Sheldon Street in Croydon. This was a great opportunity to invite you to our first resident open event in over 3 years.

We held 8 sessions over a 2-week period. As our office is a lot smaller than at Norfolk House, we spread the event over several days to make sure residents had enough time to speak to the staff they wanted to. It was great to meet new and long-standing residents alike, give them a tour of the office and answer any questions they had. We own our new office, which will help us save money each year enabling us to invest more in our services to you.
Thank you to everyone who attended and completed a feedback form. We hope to hold more events in the future, both in our office and visiting your homes.

A big thank you to our contractors, Axis, Chequers, and Smith & Byford who supplied the prizes for our raffle. We randomly selected four resident winners from the completed feedback forms and congratulations to those who won!
And finally, a big welcome to our new residents
Another great aspect of our new office is that we are located just under our new apartments at Angel Oak Point. We’ve had residents and homeowners moving in over the past few months and hope to welcome more soon. We hope the move has been smooth for everyone and wish a warm welcome to any other residents who have moved into one of our homes recently.
