Updates to the ccha Board
Mark Collins
Since our last newsletter, there have been a few updates to our Board.
Abigail Lock has completed her six years as a Board member and Mark Collins has been appointed to take her place as the new Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee from 1 April 2023.
Mark has been a Board member for three years and was already a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He is keen to continue the good work as its new Chair.
In February 2023, we also said farewell to Nancy Callender, an Independent Audit and Risk Committee member.
We appreciate our Board and Independent Members’ time and support and for holding us up to the highest standard of governance.
