- Can you spare a few minutes to complete an occasional survey or attend virtual or in-person meetings?
- Do you want to meet our Board and work with them to make positive changes?
Regardless of the level of commitment you can give, we’d love to get you involved in improving our services!
You can get involved in a variety of ways, which may include:
- mystery shopping
- testing a service
- assessing customer service
- completing surveys
- providing feedback on policies
- attending virtual discussion
- attending in-person discussions
- attending meetings with key staff members to ensure we create a service that meets your expectations
With your help, we can make our service great and tailor it to you and other residents.

If you can’t commit to the above but would still like to get involved, you can take advantage of the below activities.
Site visits
Our Leadership Team are visiting various sites throughout the year to speak to residents and find out about any issues. You’ll receive a letter or email about it before they attend, so keep an eye out, and if you’d like to feedback anything to the Directors, you can email voice@ccha.biz.
Meet the Board
We will also be holding more Meet the Board virtual sessions, which take place in the evenings. These give you a chance to meet our Chief Executive, Tracy Cullen, and the chair of the Board, Heather Thomas. There will usually be a topic of discussion and you can participate in whatever way you feel comfortable.
