Welcome to Connections
Welcome to the summer edition of our resident newsletter! We hope you are all keeping well and enjoying the sunshine we’ve been having lately. The cost of living crisis hasn’t gone away and we want to make sure you’re all getting as much income as you can, whether that’s through a new job, benefits, or by saving money with some environmentally friendly hacks.
We’ve had some staff changes recently at ccha including welcoming Sam to my team as the new Marketing & Sales Administrator. Sam will be working on Connections newsletters, our website, the customer portal and more. If you see him at an event near you soon, don’t forget to say hi!
In March we opened our office to residents in our first resident open event in over 3 years. It was great seeing some of you again and we can’t wait for future events that the Customer Investment and Housing teams are planning.
If you’re interested in getting involved in improving our service, we would love to have you on board. In this edition, we share our performance results from the last few months. We have a lot of work to do to get our service up to where we want it to be. Your help in achieving this will be invaluable.
