Help with your finances

Money matters

If you’ve been financially affected by the Covid pandemic, please contact the Welfare and Debt Advice Officer at ccha on 07384 255 630 to discuss what kind of financial help you could get.

Please be reminded that even though you might be financially affected by the pandemic, you’re still responsible for paying your rent. We don’t offer ‘payment holidays’ so if you’re struggling, please get in touch with the income team or the Welfare and Debt Advice Officer directly and they will help you get back on track.

You can also visit Citizens Advice for more resources on managing your money.

Don’t forget, we have information on our website which can be found here, including three Money Matters advice booklets you can download.

If you’re struggling to provide food for yourself or your family, please contact any member of staff at ccha for help. If you’re not sure who to speak to, please contact the Welfare and Debt Advice Officer at ccha on 07384 255 630.
