Introducing our new Corporate Business Plan: ccha 2025

#ccha2025

At ccha, we continuously strive to improve our services and your experience as a resident. In April 2020, we unveiled our new vision of ‘delivering on our promises’. To help us achieve this, we are pleased to introduce our new corporate business plan which sets out our strategic goals for the next five years.

Through a widespread consultation programme carried out in 2019, residents told us what they wanted us to focus on, and we have split these priorities in to five objectives.

  • We will have a service which is shaped by our residents for our residents
  • We will be an employer and partner of choice
  • We will have an exemplary record of safety
  • We will be resourceful and innovative to deliver an increased programme of genuinely affordable quality homes
  • We will deliver a high-quality service with no increase in costs

We will provide an update on a yearly basis, so you know our priorities, what we have achieved so far and what’s still to come.

Hear from our Chief Executive, Tracy Cullen about how we are planning to achieve our business objectives.
