GoDigital

In the summer 2020 edition of Connections, we introduced our GoDigital campaign which helps ccha residents engage with us digitally (and here’s our new GoDigital logo).

By offering digital methods of communication, we can share information and resolve any issues for you quicker. It also means that you’re more in control of your data through the customer portal. By reducing paper-based communications, the savings made can be reinvested back into services that are needed most.

How do I engage with ccha digitally – what are the benefits?

  • Send an email to staff members
  • Report a repair
  • Report an anti-social behaviour incident
  • Sign up to ‘myccha’ customer portal to update your details, view and pay your rent, or order a new Allpay card
  • Provide us with your email address so we can respond to you faster

GoDigital is important now more than ever as, unfortunately, we can’t see you in person at the moment. Do you need help to create an email address or to sign up to the myccha customer portal? Sign up to myccha portal

As we enter a new year, we’d like to encourage you to sign up to the myccha portal. The portal allows you to access services at a time that suits you, and all at the touch of a button.

With the myccha portal, you can:

  • Pay your rent online
  • Order your Allpay card
  • Print rent statements
  • Update your current details

We’ve recently updated the portal leaflet which is available to download on our website.

Your residents’ handbook is having a makeover!

As well as providing updated information regarding your tenancy and responsibilities, we’re bringing your residents’ handbook in line with our new branding launched in April 2020. Your handbook will be ready to download from our website from the 1st February 2021.

Welcome to nuviva - our homeownership brand

As we continue our commitment to provide more affordable homes for local families who need them most, we’re pleased to launch our home ownership brand, nuviva.

We’ve built 40 homes over the last year and we have a target to build a further 50-60 homes each year. Homes available through shared ownership, London Living Rent and Help to Buy will now be marketed under the nuviva brand. Providing ways to help residents onto the property ladder is important to us. Going forward, we’ll continue to offer home ownership options for local people, including our residents.
