Welcome to Connections

Welcome or welcome back to Connections, your resident newsletter.

After 17 years at ccha, Charlene Grant, our Senior Marketing & Sales Officer, has moved for pastures new, working for her local council. We wish her all the best!

After some difficult months with tragic world events, rising energy prices and increasing rents, we know it hasn’t been easy and hope this newsletter can provide you with some fun and support.

Our offices have reopened and we are welcoming residents in on an appointment-only basis. We are also prepping for our office move, where we will be moving into our newest development, Angel Oak Point.

As usual, in this issue we will provide you with service and repairs updates, and a review of our satisfaction and complaints results. We will also be looking back at what we have been doing to improve residents’ communities.

Looking for a distraction? Check out our summer recipes and don’t forget to enter our competition!

If you have any feedback about Connections, please do get in touch. We’d love to hear from you. You can reach me at rachell@ccha.biz.

From all of us at ccha, happy summer and stay safe.
