Great new additions to the area
Over the past year, our development team has been working hard with the contractors to get the new developments completed.
We are pleased to introduce The Wollaston Collection on Tweedy Road in Bromley. This development provides 24 two-bedroom apartments for London Affordable Rent, London Living Rent, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy. It’s a stunning addition to the area, complementing the existing buildings.
We are also completing on our Millen Court development in Purley this month. This development offers 18 one and two-bedroom apartments for London Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
Being able to provide these affordable homes to local residents is great and we are really pleased with the interest we’ve had in them. Selling homes for Shared Ownership or Help to Buy, helps fund the affordable rent options we are building.
As mentioned in the previous article, we are also completing a new development on Sheldon Street in Croydon, providing another 23 affordable homes to the area.
