Your Tenancy Management Officers
With a few staff changes over the past year, we thought it would be good to reintroduce you to your Tenancy Management Officer (TMO). Your TMO will have completed your sign up or will have sent you a letter to introduce themselves. If you aren’t sure who your TMO is, please give us a call or refer to your communal notice board for their details.
Your Tenancy Management Officer is your first port of call for any housing issues. TMOs don’t manage repairs, so please see our Repairs Update article for the best person to contact.
What TMOs are responsible for:
- Any changes to your tenancy or the people living in your home
- Car parking queries
- Anti-social behaviour reports
- Estate services such as cleaning and gardening (for Neighbourhood Services properties only)
- Site inspections
- Mutual exchanges
- Pet queries
- Sign-ups for new residents
- Risk assessments.
The TMOs for the Intensive Housing Services also cover:
- Income and rents monitoring & queries
- Rent arrears
- Refunds
The Tenancy Management Administrators are responsible for:
- End of tenancies/voids
- Sign ups
- Transfers
- Moving options
- Older person housing waiting list and nominees from local authorities
- Risk assessments.
If you need to contact them, you can call us on 0800 054 6710 or refer to your communal notice board.

Steve Thomson
Steve has been with ccha for over 20 years and has had several roles throughout that time. Steve is a real team player at ccha and is always on hand to help with your queries.
Alexandria Boaten
Alex has worked at ccha as the team administrator since 2014. She supports residents with moving in to their new accommodation and assisting with moving options and transfer opportunities. She has a varied and challenging role and is passionate about supporting the residents at ccha.
Intensive Housing Services Team:
Samantha Malin
Samantha returned to ccha in March this year after maternity leave, and we’re pleased to have her back. Sam is another long-standing member of staff having been with us for over 20 years.
Donna Annon
Donna started with ccha on a temporary contract in 2019 and has recently been employed as a permanent TMO within the Intensive Housing Services team.
Melissa Kelly
Melissa has been with ccha since 2013 starting as a Housing Management Assistant before securing the role as the Tenancy Administrator. The best thing about her current role is informing applicants that they have been accepted for a property. Melissa says it’s a pleasure to hear the joy and relief in their voice.
As part of the intensive housing team, we have our Maintenance Assistants and Wellbeing & Maintenance Assistants. They’re responsible for the upkeep of the communal parts of the building, including safety checks and estate services such as grounds maintenance and cleaning. They also make wellbeing calls to resdients living in our older persons accommodation. If you need to contact them, you can email: maintenancewellbeing@ccha.biz or speak to your assistant during your welfare call.
