Repairs update

This last year has presented us with some challenges and we acknowledge that our repairs service hasn’t been as good as you’d expect. This has been due to a combination of delays due to Covid-19 and a lack of resources. We apologise for this and are committed to improving our repairs service in the coming months.

Axis has brought in a Contract Manager to improve the service and communication with you and us. Their job will focus on ensuring the Axis contract is delivered to a high standard and that we are meeting your repair needs. We hope this will resolve the communication issues we’ve had and will allow us to provide a good service and keep you up to date. Axis has also brought in more resources to cope with the demand for repairs. This should reduce delays and repairs completion times.

When our contractors visit your home, we advise you to still follow government guidelines and wear a mask if you can.

Smith & Byford, our gas contractors, unsurprisingly had a busy winter period. Thank you for your patience while they dealt with the various gas and boiler issues. Please contact them if you have a problem with your boiler or to organise your annual gas service.
