We helped 562 residents this year through our welfare service, that’s 362 more than last year.

82% of our residents have given an email address, compared to 74% last year, helping us to save money on letters.

277 of our residents use the customer portal to check their account and pay rent. This is up by 37 residents from last year.

We had 18,411 visitors to our website, this is up 4,000 visitors from last year.

We’ve increased visitors to our homeownership site, nuviva, from 1,540 to 2,919.

Resident used our online forms to contact us 757 times.

We completed on 41 new homes this year.

We upgraded the heating in homes in the form of 40 electric storage heaters and 67 gas heaters.

We renewed fire doors in 194 homes, achieving our goal for the year.

We renewed windows in 3 homes to maintain Decent Homes Standards.
