Welcome to Connections
We hope you are all staying safe and warm at home. It has been a difficult winter and the Cost of Living crisis is affecting everyone. We hope this newsletter can provide some advice and support for you during this time, as well as some entertainment.
Speaking of staying warm, in this edition we discuss ways you can conserve energy and heat your home while being cost conscious, and how you can maximise your benefits to ensure you are claiming as much as you can. Following a 2-year break due to Covid-19, we’ve started holding resident events again and it’s been great meeting residents face to face. I had my first visit to the Legacy Youth Zone back in September which was a fantastic experience. We’ve extended our relationship and support with Legacy for another year, so check out the article to find out how you can benefit.
It’s important to us that you are kept up to date on how we’re performing. This edition features our satisfaction survey results, complaints statistics and customer service standards performance for the first two quarters (April to September). We’ve also interviewed Debbie, our Business Support Administrator, to give you an insight into what happens when you contact us.
As usual, we have our competition for you to enter for a chance to win Love2Shop vouchers and we have included even more recipes for you to try.
We hope you enjoy reading this edition of Connections and if you have any feedback, please get in touch by emailing me at rachell@ccha.biz.
