Happy New Year

With many things to look forward to and achieve in 2023, we asked ccha staff if they had any personal or professional resolutions that they wanted to share with us.

"Become more consistent in pursuing the things I want and stop listening to the negativity around me.”
“Make more time for myself.”
“Be more active and use my gym membership!”
“I want to slow down. I don’t want to wait until the weekend to appreciate the important people and things around me, I want to do it every day.”
“I want to be more open with those around me. Ask for help when I need it and be honest if I can’t do something or show up - I need to be kinder to myself”
“My goal is to continue learning a new language! I’m currently learning Welsh so next year I’d love to be able to hold a conversation in it.”

Life is full of surprises, so it sometimes feels good to take back control and set out to work on some of the things we can control. Although New Year's resolutions can be hard to stick to, we hope that you are all still on track with the goals you set out for yourself this year!
