Youth Initiatives

The Legacy Youth Zone in Croydon have had a great 2021 considering the Covid-19 restrictions. They ran a limited holiday club for young children between the ages of 8 and 12 during the school 2021 summer holidays, but by October half-term, a full holiday club programme was able to take place, where we had 7 free spaces for our residents, which were fully booked. The half-term club was great, running from 8am -5.30pm, providing breakfast and lunch, all free!

We hope to be running more of these events over the next year, restrictions allowing.

If you’re not a member of Legacy and have children aged 8 -19 years (or up to 25 with a disability), why not join? We can fund the cost of the annual membership. Contact citeam@ccha.biz or call our switchboard on 0800 054 6710 and ask to speak to a member of the Customer Investment Team to find out more.

Once you are a member, it’s only 50p entry for each visit and they offer hot meals for just £1!

Keep an eye out for our emails and on social media for regular updates and opportunities for free holiday club spaces.

Legacy welcome on average 2,850 attendees each month.
