Welcome to connections

Hello and welcome to the winter edition of connections.

We’ve concluded another challenging but productive year. We hope you enjoyed the festive season and are ready for the year ahead.

At ccha, our offices remain closed, but staff are still available over the phone and by email. In this edition of connections, we share service updates including repairs, complaints processes and how to contact members of staff. We have recently launched our business plan update which will tell you all about our priorities for the year.

You can also look forward to hearing about the latest resident activities and opportunities available, as well as our delicious winter recipes and our popular competitions with exciting prizes to enjoy.
