ccha Service Updates

Most of our services are now back to normal; however, our office remains closed.

The safety of our residents and staff is paramount as we work with government guidelines to reduce the risk of the virus spreading further.

Staff will still be available over the phone and email, but residents will not be able to make face-to-face appointments with staff or visit the office while it is closed.

Our office closure will be reviewed as guidelines change. To find out more and to stay updated, visit our website and News Page where we publish the latest updates.

Staff will still be visiting properties to comply with health and safety obligations and will continue to be cautious and take all necessary safety measures. Please be reassured that if you are visited, staff and contractors follow strict COVID-19 testing and risk management processes. In return, we ask that you also help stop the spread by wearing a face covering, keeping windows open and maintaining a safe distance. If you have any symptoms or test positive, please let us know so we can reschedule.

Paying your rent

January is often a challenging time of year, where people struggle to make ends meet following the festive period. ccha are here to help, but need to remind you of the importance of paying your rent on time. The best way to pay is by direct debit or standing order from your bank account – this way you’ll know the money will be coming out and can account for it in your budget.

If you’re struggling to pay your rent, we have some financial advice that may help. You can speak to Jane, our Welfare and Debt Advice Officer, for further support. Call Jane on 07384 255630 or email janew@ccha.biz.
