Remembering David

David Morgan, one of our residents, sadly passed away last year. David had worked with ccha for many years, starting in 2012. His work experience in the horticultural industry made him the perfect person to come on board with us and join the Residents Scrutiny Panel.

His first project involved helping us with the procurement of a new cleaning and ground maintenance contract. David’s expertise in this area meant he knew what a good service would look like and ensured we selected the best company for the job.

David's work didn’t end there. He continued working with us until his passing and will be sorely missed by all staff at ccha who knew and worked with him over the last 12 years.

Pat Moulding, another member of the Residents Panel, said this about David:

“David taught me so much over the years. His knowledge on the gardening side was out of this world. We worked together for many years closely, he was a very nice man and I’m going to miss him.”

A lasting memory and thanks to David.
