Meet Sherree
Along with Debbie and Baran, we’re excited to introduce Sherree, our third Customer Service Advisor. Sherree is available on the phones Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 2pm and happy to help with any questions or concerns you might have.
She can help with:
• Transferring you to the right person
• Taking rent payments quickly and securely
• Escalating an issue for further support

Staff changes
Although there have been some staff changes over the last six months, we’re excited to have added experienced and friendly new members to our team.
Iman Omar, our new Neighbourhood Services Administrator, started last October to support our residents and the housing officers.
Simmone Page, our new Neighbourhood Services Officer, is now working alongside Shantel.

An update on our repairs and maintenance service
In October 2024, you'll have received a letter with an important update regarding our Repairs and Maintenance Service.
Our primary contractor who delivers this service is Axis Europe Ltd, and this contract will end on 31 March 2025. We'll be moving to a new maintenance contract and model and are currently in the process of looking for contractors who are able to deliver the services you require.
This comes as a result of your feedback, in particular through the resident satisfaction survey and complaints process, that you’re not fully satisfied with the current repairs service. We're looking to make improvements to meet your needs and provide you with a better experience.
Axis will continue to deliver the current repairs service until 31 March 2025 while we go through this process. The new repairs contract will begin on 1 April 2025, and we’ll be in touch nearer the time to update you on who’ll be providing this service.
We appreciate your understanding during this time, and we’re confident that this change will improve the maintenance of your homes and the services you receive.
