How are we performing?

Here’s a snapshot of our key results from April 2025 to March 2026, gathered through our resident satisfaction survey run by Acuity. A big thank you to everyone who took part, your feedback shapes what we do.

Overall satisfaction. Up from last year. We’re heading in the right direction, and we’re determined to keep improving.

Home repair icon

Satisfied with repairs. KNK has been our primary contractor for just over a year. We know repairs are our most common complaint and we’re working hard to increase satisfaction.

Home safety icon

Satisfied that their home is safe. Our compliance and repairs teams are working closely together to keep safety checks and repairs on track.

Satisfied that we keep them informed. Our best result! We’re still looking at how we can improve our letters and make communications more local.

Satisfied with how we handle complaints. Our lowest score, and we take it seriously. We call every resident who makes a formal complaint to hear their experience directly.
