What to expect from our repairs service
We’re committed to providing safe, well-maintained homes. Here’s what our updated repairs standards mean for you:
Emergency repairs: made safe within 24 hours
Urgent repairs: completed within 5 days
Routine repairs: completed within 28 working days
When you report a repair, we’ll tell you which contractor will carry out the work and give you a target completion date. We’ll also keep you updated on any delays.
What to expect from our contractors
Our contractors are expected to:
- Show ID before entering your home
- Use protective coverings to guard your belongings from dust and damage
- Be polite and respectful - no music, smoking, or bad language
- Tidy up and leave essential services working at the end of each visit
