Our Customer Service Team

We're pleased to welcome William, who joined us in July as our new Complaints Officer working with Donna. William will be supporting our customers and colleagues by helping to ensure complaints are managed effectively and resolved positively.

Our Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are your first point of contact for calls and emails, whether you’re reporting a repair, making a payment, or raising a complaint.

When you report a repair, it helps to know where the problem is and how long it’s been going on. In some cases, we may ask for a photo, which you can send to customers@ccha.biz to help speed things along.

Our CSAs are also visiting schemes alongside Surveyors and Housing Officers, so you may get the chance to meet them in person.

Our Property Services Team

We’ve welcomed some new faces to the team. Sadia has joined as a Repairs Officer, and Melanie has moved across from a Neighbourhoods Administrator role into the same position. Mike has also joined as our new Repairs Manager, supporting Surveyor Babs, Senior Repairs Officer Angela, and the wider repairs team.

Our Neighbourhoods Team

Jonathan joined us in March as our new Senior Neighbourhoods Officer. In the income team, we said farewell to Suzanne and Evelyn. We welcomed Simon C as our new Income Officer in February.

Casey has taken on the role of Neighbourhoods Administrator, supporting the team and helping residents with transfers, mutual exchanges, and key management.

Our Housing Services Team

Rosealind and Felicia have scheduled resident meetings at a number of estates, a great opportunity to discuss any queries face to face. Keep an eye out for details about your estate.

If you receive regular wellbeing checks and are planning to be away over summer, please let the team know so they don’t worry. Please also keep in mind that while staff are on leave over the summer, another Wellbeing & Maintenance Assistant might contact you to complete your wellbeing checks.
