You can also go to the Housing Ombudsman at any time for advice, or if you’re dissatisfied with our final response to your complaint at stage 2.

How are we doing with complaints?
We’ve seen an increase in complaints this year, many of which have been picked up by our customer service advisors up through your calls or emails. We also know that we have areas we need to improve on, and complaints help us to understand this better. We’re committed to making things right.
