Resident open event

In June, we hosted four sessions at our office to give you the opportunity to meet the team, our contractors and each other. This year there seemed to be a more of you and some new faces and a few familiar ones we hadn’t seen in a while.

Our contractors KNK Group, Smith & Byford and Chequers were there to answer any queries you had.

Here’s what one resident had to say:

‘It became clear to me that ccha is more than just a housing association. You’re a community of people who genuinely care about your residents. From the delicious refreshments to the lovely goodies prepared for us, every detail reflected the effort and thoughtfulness that went into making us feel valued.
