Meet the board

The board and committees had a few key projects this year, these included:
Strategic oversight
The board critically reviewed strategies, policies and key updates at meetings and made sure there was alignment with our long term goals.
Governance review
The board took part in a comprehensive review of our governance structure. They reflected on its effectiveness and identified areas for improvement.
Resident engagement
Board members visited properties and met with residents. This gave them valuable insights into how their decisions directly impact our communities.
Business plan approval
The board signed off on ccha2030, our new business plan, which began in April 2025.
Organisational restructure
The board had oversight of the restructure which supports our new repairs and customer service model. The board is excited about the positive changes this will bring to residents and staff alike.
More recently, the board were pleased to welcome three new colleagues to governance at ccha.
Sam Simon and Adam Clark joined the board, bringing with them a wealth of expertise and strategic insight. Tracey Tibos joined the Audit and Risk Committee, contributing her expertise to strengthen our oversight and assurance functions.
We also said thank you and farewell to Pamela Vera, Independent Committee Member and Neil Perrins, former Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Between April 2024 and March 2025, there were 18 governance related meetings including:
