myccha customer portal update

As you may be aware, our portal has been down since November last year. It's taken a bit longer than expected to find a solution, but we have progressed in updating our systems which are essential to a well, running self-service portal.

In October, we will provide an update on our plans for a fully, functional portal. The new portal will be created with your input, but it won't be quick. We need to consult with you, choose a platform, test, and build the portal. We're sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with a reliable system in the future.

How can I manage my rent account in the meantime?

You can manage your rent account using the options below.

  • Visit https://www.allpayments.net/ to make a payment if you have a rent card.
  • Visit a PayPoint or Post Office to pay rent in person if you have a rent card.
  • Call us on 020 8680 7532, or freephone 0800 054 6710 to make an automated payment or speak to a Customer Service Advisor. They can:
  • Help with taking payments
  • Send rent statements
  • Order you a rent card
  • Put you in touch with the income team to set up or change your direct debit or discuss payment plans.
